The Summit serves American cuisine specializing in  USDA Prime steak and the freshest seafood.  All of our sauces & dressings are homemade.  Our food is simply delicious.  We only use zero trans fat oils & will gladly accommodate any gluten, nut, soy or other food allergies.  Our Summit Lunch Menu is also served all day in The Cabin Bar with the exception of a few items after 3pm (www.cabinbar.com)
