    • Passed Appetizers & 1st Course:  D’Arenberg “Hermit Crab” Viognier/Marsanne paired with Artichoke/Spinach Dip, Mild Cheeses, & Jumbo Coconut Shrimp with a homemade remoulade
    • 2nd Course: Innocent Bystander Pinot Noir paired with Sesame Coated Ahi Tuna Salad in a Poppyseed Vinaigrette
    • 3rd Course: Penley “Phoenix” Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Coloarado Lamb Chops with fingerling potatoes, baby carrots in a rosemarry-mint demi glaze
    • 4th Course: Leeuwin Estate “Siblings” Shiraz paried with Sliced Peppercorn Encrusted Filet Mignon with potatoes au gratin, & sauteed spicy spinach with bacon
